Share 'Adobe Bridge'

I recently purchased a Mac and had it loaded up with Photoshop Elements 6 but in the Mac version the organizer is different! On my old PC I had all my photos in the Organizer, categorized, tagged and in groups and albums. I can't figure out how to do that with Bridge. Does anyone out there use this? Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
