SnagIt is pretty easy to use and allows you to make videos of your computer screen. It isn't free...but it isn't too expensive, either. TechSmith is the creator of SnagIt. Just Google it.
I use it with my Vista computer.

I'm an instructor at a local college and a friend [MimiTech] got me interested in digital scrapbooking. My biggest interest is in manipulating the photographs, combining them with interesting backgrounds, improving the finished quality of my poor photography.
