Video Tutorial: Flypaper Photo Textures in CS3 and PSE

I am so excited about today's tutorial! I found these textures a few months ago and I am so excited to show you all how to use them in photos for your layouts. I am sharing not only videos for both Photoshop CS3 and Photoshop Elements, I have also added a 4x6 Photo Overlay Freebie and written instructions that you can download for both CS and PSE!
